Suna Kıraç Library has 15 group study rooms. All Koç University members with a valid Koç University email address can reserve a study room.

Suna Kıraç Kütüphanesi’nde 15 ayrı çalışma odası bulunmaktadır. Geçerli bir KU e-posta adresine sahip tüm Koç Üniversitesi mensupları çalışmak için oda rezerve edebilir.

Features / Özellikler

  • Cell phone use is limited in these rooms. Please make your speeches outside the library or in the telephone booths on the 2nd floor.

  • Food and beverage consumption, except water, is prohibited in the rooms.

  • Fines for not returning room keys on time are 10 TL per hour or any part of an hour.

  • The key may only be checked out by the person who books the room.

  • The individual who checked out the key ensures it is returned on time.

  • Anyone who booked a room is expected to clean up after themselves and leave the room ready for the next group.

  • Bu odalarda cep telefonu kullanımı sınırlıdır; konuşmalarınızı lütfen kütüphane dışında ya da 2. katta bulunan telefon kabinlerinde yapınız.

  • Odalarda su haricinde yiyecek ve içecek tüketimi yapılmamaktadır.

  • Oda anahtarları zamanında iade edilmezse saat başı 10 TL ceza uygulanır.

  • Oda anahtarı, sadece odayı rezerve eden kişiye teslim edilebilir.

  • Oda anahtarının zamanında teslim edilmesinden rezervasyonu yapan kişi sorumludur.

  • Bir oda rezerve eden herkesin kendi temizliğini yapması ve bir sonraki grup için odayı hazır bırakması beklenir.

  • Rooms are reserved in 1-hour time slots. Users are limited to 2 time slots per day total.

  • Rooms are reserved in 1-hour time slots using the calendar in the link below. Users are limited to 2 time slots per day total.

  • Odalar aşağıdaki linkteki takvim kullanılarak 1 saatlik zaman dilimlerinde rezerve edilir. Kullanıcılar günde toplam 2 saat süreyle rezervasyon yapabilir.

How can I pick up / get it? Nasıl alabilirim?

  • The room key can be borrowed from the Information Desk located at the Library entrance.

  • The person who placed the booking must present their University ID card at the Reserve Desk for check-out of the room key.

  • If the key is not checked out within 15 minutes of reserve time, others can utilize the room for the remaining hours.

  • Oda anahtarı Kütüphane girişinde bulunan Danışma Masası’ndan ödünç alınabilir.

  • Rezervasyonu yapan kişi, oda anahtarını ödünç almak için üniversite kimlik kartını göstermelidir.

  • Oda, rezerv süresinin ardından 15 dakika içinde teslim alınmazsa, kalan saatler boyunca başkalarının odayı kullanmasına izin verilecektir.
