Summary / Özet
In case the borrowed library materials are damaged or lost, the user must pay the cost of the lost material, transaction fees and any penalties incurred in this process.
Ödünç alınan kütüphane materyallerin hasar görmesi ya da kaybolması durumunda kullanıcının kaybolan materyali bedelini, işlem bedellerini ve varsa bu süreçte meydana gelen cezaları ödemesidir.

When a user damages or loses any resource, he or she can report the problem via Library Trackit or send a message to libinformation@ku.edu.tr or call + 90 212 338 13 18. In cases of loss, the current cost of the material, a processing fee of 50.00 TL and a delay fee, if any, are requested.
Bir kullanıcı herhangi bir kaynağa hasar verdiğinde ya da kaybettiğinde Library Trackit üzerinden sorunu iletebileceği gibi libinformation@ku.edu.tr adresine mesaj atarak ya da + 90 212 338 1318 numaralı telefonu arayarak bilgi verebilir. Kayıp durumlarında materyalin güncel bedeli, 50.00 TL işlem bedeli ve varsa gecikme bedeli talep edilir.

As a result of reporting the lost item to the library, the loss transaction is forwarded to the recovery unit and information is received about the current price of the book. Then, a 50 TL transaction fee is added to this fee and any delay fee is included. This amount is deposited to the account number provided to you and the receipt is sent to the library.
Kayıp materyalin kütüphaneye bildirilmesi sonucunda kayıp işlemi sağlama birimine iletilir ve kitabın güncel fiyatı hakkında bilgi alınır. Daha sonra bu bedele 50 TL işlem bedeli eklenir ve varsa gecikme bedeli dahil edilir. Bu tutar tarafınıza iletilen hesap numarasına yatırılır ve dekontu kütüphaneye iletilir.
