macOS Document Approval / Paraph / Sign Help Guide

  • Login with Azure Active Directory

  • In electronically sent documents, there are three types of approval: Paraph, Approval, and Signature. These documents sent to you can be viewed in the "Gereği" folder. In the lower right corner of the documents in the "Gereği" folder, there is information about the document's approval type. You have two options when the document is displayed: Decline and Approve /Paraph/Sign.

  • If you have not downloaded it before, please download the e-signature tool suitable for your operating system from the pop-up window below. If you downloaded before, please open the eSigner application from your desktop or start menu.

  • To open the program, please follow these steps: Right click > Open With > Install, from your Downloads

  • Continue by selecting Continue>Install from the Install eSigner screen.

  • Complete your download by typing your computer password in the Installer screen.

  • Click Keep

  • You can view the eSigner application in the Applications menu.

  • You must open the application before signing. Your e-signature must be on your computer.

  • First, select the institution and when your e-signature information is displayed in the window that opens, enter your pin and log in.

  • The documents that have come for signature will be listed. Make your selection and press the sign button. You can sign all your documents with multi-selection

  • You can close the 'Documents successfully signed' screen when your signing is complete.

  • After the approval/paraph/signature processes, the documents can be viewed in the "Giden" folder and you will be able to view your document from here whenever you want.
