How do I access it?
Web Access: You can access Microsoft 365 Copilot via thehttps://m365.cloud.microsoft/ or https://office.com/ page using your institutional account.
Login Method: You must sign in using your KU NetID (…@ku.edu.tr) across all platforms.
Features
Create draft presentations from Word documents, summarize long texts, or prepare basic outlines for written content.
Review and analyze spreadsheet data, receive suggestions for visualizations, and generate formulas.
Draft emails, summarize extended email threads, and create or recap meeting agendas.
Data Protection and Security Assurance
When Microsoft Copilot is used with a KU NetID account, the Enterprise Data Protection feature is activated. This ensures that your prompts and data are not stored, not used to train Microsoft’s foundation models, and remain protected under Koç University’s institutional privacy standards.
