Koç University’s web ecosystem encompasses all domains registered under ku.edu.tr and associated websites. These include:

  • Websites for all University divisions,

  • Units,

  • University-owned and/or controlled entities,

  • Personal websites.

All these sites must be hosted under the registered domain: ku.edu.tr.

Service Availability

The service is available 24/7 to eligible members of the Koç University community.

How to Access the Web Services

For Organization or Project Websites:

  1. Request Submission:

    • Complete the Project Request Form.

  2. Approval Process:

    • The Communications Manager will evaluate the Return on Investment (RoI) for the request.

    • An ITDS specialist will review the request and submit it to the Portfolio Management Committee for final approval.

  3. Timeline:

    • Once approved, the estimated delivery time will be communicated.

  4. Execution:

    • An ITDS specialist will oversee the project from initiation to completion.

For Personal Websites:

  • No form submission is required.

  • Submit a Trackit request and allow up to two business days for processing.
