How to schedule employee's work model (Remote / On-site)?

  • Sign in to the KU Portal.
  • Select Workspace from the left menu or Workspace icon from the main screen.
  • Select the Workspace for which you are the Administrator / Authorized.
  • Click Workspace Attendees.

Employees can be assigned to the day or days to be selected in blocks. Adding employees at once on the same day will shorten the process.
  • Type the KU NetID of the employee in the Search person section and click Search.

  • Find the employee from the results
  • Select Add to Office or Add to Remote from the options

  • Selected users will be listed on the right.
  • Select the days you want to assign.
  • After this action, the assigned days will be Green.
  • Click Assign.

  • After the process, the selected users will be listed at the bottom of the page.
If the work schedule is the same as the previous week, you do not need to copy the previous week and assign one by one.
  • Click the arrow on the right to advance to the week you want the assignment to be.
  • Click the Copy Assignments From Previous Week button.

For employees whose work schedule has changed, you can delete this assignment by pressing the Remove button next to the employee.
