Call forwarding

If you’re going to be away from your desk but don’t want to miss an important call, you can forward your calls on your desk phone to another number.

While on-hook, press the Call Forward soft key (or button depending on your phone model).
Dial a KU 4-digit extension number (forwarding to external numbers is not supported).
You should hear three short beeps and/or see the illuminated button next to Call Forward light up indicating that the forwarding is successful.

To deactivate call forwarding, Press the Call Forward soft key (or button depending on your phone model).
