How to report a safety issue?
- Click Safety Issues.
- Select Event Type.
- Set the location.
- Take a photo or upload a photo (opt.)
- Enter your comment.
- Click Send.
The message is sent directly to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) to take the necessary action as soon as possible.
