Koç University offers the following storage and file sharing services: 

Office 365 OneDrive

Office 365 OneDrive, a cloud storage and file sharing service from Microsoft, keeps all your files in one secure, access-it-anywhere location. Employees should use KU 365 OneDrive to store personal business data. With Office 365 OneDrive, you can save your files to the cloud and access them anytime, both online and offline, and collaborate on documents in real-time with others at Koç University.

KU Google Drive

KU Google Drive, a cloud storage and file sharing service from Google, keeps all your files in one secure, access-it-anywhere location. While employees can use KU Google Drive to store personal business data, students can use it to store their personal data relating to coursework and other student activities.

  • Real-time collaboration with colleagues
  • Version control and document recovery

F-Drive

F-Drive an on-premise storage and file sharing service from Novell keeps all your files in one secure location. Files are accessible only within KU network. Off-campus access requires VPN.

Who can use it?

  • Faculty 
  • Staff 
  • Students (KU Google Drive only)
  • Departments (F-Drive and MS Teams Files)

When can I use it?

These services are available all the time.

How much does it cost?

These services are available at no charge to the KU community.
