How to access the files backed up to the OneDrive app?

Access via web browser:

Click here to login with your KU NetID and password.

Applications on the homepage are Office365 applications. You can use Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook applications online.

• Click on the OneDrive app.
• Click on the My Computer folder.
• Here you can access your files and edit them online.

If you don't see a folder named “My Computer” on your OneDrive account, you can contact IT.

Access via OneDrive App:

Right click on the OneDrive icon in the time and date field and select Open Folder.

Another Method:

• Double click the This PC icon on the desktop.
• Open the My Computer folder.
• Here you can access your files and edit them online.

If you don't see the OneDrive icon in the date and time field, you can contact IT.
