How to use your phone's camera as a document camera and wireless webcam in your PC or Mac?

EpocCam and Iriun Apps: These apps transform your iOS and Android devices into a document camera and webcam for your PC or Mac. If you want to show your printed documents, books or notes to your students on the screen, you can easily use these applications. Apps work with Zoom, Teams and other apps on both Mac and Windows. Just hold your phone or dock it with a suitable tool and use it as a document camera. You can also design a mobile phone set as below.

• Connect your computer and phone by either linking them to the same WiFi network or physically connecting them using a USB cable.

• Download and install computer drivers
  • For EpocCam:
    • Visit https://www.elgato.com/en/gaming/downloads
    • Select your product from the list on the left menu (Choose EPOCCAM)
    • Select your system from the list on the right menu (Mac or Windows)
    • You will see the driver download icon (Blue arrow)
    • Click the download icon
  • For Iriun app:
    • Download Windows driver
    • Download macOS driver (macOS 10.12 or later)
• Get App
  • For EpocCam:

• Open your phone app and start your meeting software. You can find EpocCam / Iriun camera in webcam settings of PC or Mac.
