The two main causes of cyber threats that emerged last year are the fact that most of the population uses home/public Internet connections that are highly vulnerable and unsafe to cybercrime to work, learn, shop, or run their business from home.

Cybercriminals use COVID-19 contact to exploit people and organizations through bad emails and domain names. For example, many scammers have launched campaigns offering COVID-19 vaccines, free medical tests/test kits, donations to pandemic relief funds, information about the COVID-19 situation, and new business opportunities. Some have even launched fake e-commerce websites selling safety, health, and cleaning products for COVID-19.

An SMS is sent from a foreign number to the victim's phone. To secure their Gmail account, the victim is required to respond to the verification code, but in reality, it will be a password reset code. After one or two ongoing steps, the victim's Google account is hacked. What are we going to do to stop this?
