KUHub My Print Quota User Guide

Overview

The My Print Quota service allows users to view their current print balance, purchase print credits, and track their printing activities.

With this service, you can:

  • View your current print balance.

  • Purchase print credits.

  • Track your printing activities.

  • View printer locations across campus.

  • Review summary information related to your printing usage.

Accessing the My Print Quota Page

  1. Log in to KUHub.

  2. Navigate to: Campus Services → My Print Quota

The following information is displayed on this page:

  • Current Balance

  • Print Jobs

  • Pages Printed

  • Buy Credit

Purchasing Print Credits

Step 1: Open the Buy Credit Option

Click the Buy Credit section on the My Print Quota page.

You will be redirected to the secure payment platform.

Step 2: Enter Your Information

Complete the following fields on the payment page:

  • City

  • District

  • Address

  • Postal Code

  • Phone Number

Your KU NetID will be displayed automatically by the system.

Step 3: Select the Amount to Load

Choose one of the available credit amounts:

  • ₺10

  • ₺30

  • ₺50

  • ₺70

  • ₺100

  • ₺200

  • ₺500

  • ₺1000

The selected amount will be displayed in the Payment Summary section.

Click Continue to Verification to proceed.

Step 4: Complete the Payment

Enter your card details and complete the payment process.

Once the payment is successfully completed, a confirmation message will be displayed.

Post-Payment Process

After a successful payment, the following message will be displayed:

Your payment has been received successfully. Your credit will be added to your account after Finance Department approval.

Important Information

  • Payments are not reflected in your print balance immediately.

  • Print credits are added to your account only after Finance Department approval.

  • Approval times may vary depending on operational processes.

Viewing Printer Locations

To view printer locations on campus:

  1. Go to the My Print Quota page.

  2. Locate the Public Printers' Locations section.

  3. Click See Locations.

You can review the locations of printers available across campus from this page.

Frequently Asked Questions

I completed my payment, but my balance is still not displayed. What should I do?

Even if your payment has been successfully received, print credits will be added to your account only after the Finance Department approval process is completed. Please wait for the approval process to be finalized.

Can I purchase print credits more than once?

Yes. You may purchase additional print credits whenever needed.

Who should I contact if I experience an issue?

For technical issues (such as the page not loading, inability to access the payment screen, or receiving system error messages), please contact the IT Service Desk.

For payment approvals, delayed credit loading, or other payment-related process inquiries, please contact the Finance Department.

Quick Start

  1. Navigate to KUHub → Campus Services → My Print Quota.

  2. Click Buy Credit and complete your payment.

  3. Your print credits will be automatically added to your account after Finance Department approval.
